Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

Customers may request a return if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • An incorrect item has been delivered.
  • The product packaging is tampered with or defective.

To be eligible for a return, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to improper handling are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or incorrect products, HEENA may provide a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Products returned without proof of purchase

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
